How its work
Customer can raise a return request through his Dilfine account, Just login and select the order you want to raise a request for return …..
- You can raise a request within 3 days of delivery of order. However in case of damage, empty, partial case, request should to be raised within 24 hours.
- Our team will reviewed the request and if required will share the same with seller for cross verification.
- Once request verified we will arrange pickup for the product ,In case of non-serviceability of pickup, we will ask you to dispatch the product and reimbursed the courier cost in customer’s bank account.
- Once we received the product , we will re verifies the request and accordingly we will process refund or replacement. Note – Replacement will be depend on stock availability.
Condition of return and replacement
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damage product delivered.
- Defective product delivered.
- Partial product delivered.
Condition of denying of return and replacement
- If request is not genuine
- Product is used
- Original packaging or brand packaging in missing
- Request is not under TAT
- Partial product received
Note – In case of request rejection we sent back the product to customer in next 1-2 days.
What is the turnaround time for replacement or refund
- In case of replacement once request verified, we process dispatch the replaced product within 3 days.
- In case of Refund once request verified we process the refund in next 2 days.
